While having been in practice for the past 8 years, Daniís true connection with yoga wasnít fully discovered until her time spent living abroad in Asia. Upon her return home, she immediately enrolled into a YTT program eager to deepen her physical, mental and spiritual knowledge of yoga.

Throughout her journey, Dani has been able to experience first handedly the many benefits of a strong and dedicated Hatha practice, including full rehabilitation of her knee after operative treatment for a tibial plateau fracture. Join her through mindful-movement as she explores an inspired life, both on and off the mat.
